Public prices cover one website and one primary location unless the written scope says otherwise. Additional locations, substantial development, full content production, premium software, paid placements, and third-party costs are quoted separately.
The $750 Keyword Research & 90-Day SEO Plan is planning only: Andrew researches or refines target keywords and gives you a prioritized plan that you or your team implement. It does not include 90 days of SEO work. If ongoing SEO begins within 30 days, the full $750 is credited to the first monthly SEO invoice; Foundation Setup remains separate. The $500 Basic One-Page Website is a standardized first website and includes no ongoing SEO campaign.
Local Growth begins with a $1,250 one-time Foundation Setup and continues at $1,250 per month. Competitive Growth begins with a $1,750 setup and continues at $2,500 per month. Market Leader begins with a $2,500 setup and continues at $5,000 per month. For all three plans, the six-month monthly term begins after Foundation Setup is completed.
Ownership and transfer are defined in the accepted proposal and signed services agreement. Paid final custom deliverables can transfer to the client, while pre-existing frameworks, reusable builder components, and third-party licenses remain separate.
No, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does. Local SEO support improves the foundation and the signals you can control, but rankings are not guaranteed, and results require your participation with reviews, fresh photos, accurate business details, and proof of completed work.
